Italy Hostage degradation

GOVERN THE CONTINGENZAIl comment
Italy Hostage degradation
Some foreign friends, to give a moral authority that maybe I did not, I do not complain from time to express appropriate outrage, suitable ethical appeal, at least adequate warning of the sense of the ridiculous than the spectacle that goes on the air for months in our public arena. Some excuse
more or less I think of supporting it. Firstly, it angers me, because I feel that the outrage is very little to inflame but to establish a genuine political differences, beyond the often deceptive manipulation it undergoes. Secondly I do not recall ethical, because they are convinced that the morale never translated into a culture of government and even less can be expected immorality of power, especially in a society where everything floats on a widespread amorality daily. And thirdly, do not point out the dangers of ridiculous, because I fear it's a losing battle in a system where a nun harangue the crowds and where hundreds of MPs sign improbable versions (like "Mubarak's granddaughter) about the events on which giggles even my doorman Romania.
I do not feel so engaged in the triple nobility that I request, because, indeed, especially because I am convinced of another and serious truth: this is a country that has a dramatic need to be ruled, but where it is in the void of any culture of government (ie, understanding and management of the system) that the dialectic sociopolitical has twisted downward, often hasty to emotional impulses, to the behavior of sheer inertia of power. Or give us a move to develop a new culture of government or continue to be prisoners of degradation and also institutional.
Where do we start to this process? The answer is difficult and requires the humility of a long time, because the first step is absolutely essential, is to put in the shade per qualche anno le due parole-mito degli ultimi decenni: programmi e riforme.
Avanzo quindi l'ipotesi che oggi occorre attrezzarsi a «governare la contingenza», cioè i fenomeni ed i processi che via via si presentano nell'evoluzione socioeconomica, not get caught up in nostalgia for the magic word 'vision' on which the so-called primacy of politics.
It is clear that in modern society "there are processes that (the explosion of globalization of migration flows), which raindrops fall from the outside and create uncertainties and challenges for all social, large and small that they are, they of result can only be managed phenomenon phenomenon, subject by subject, case by case, decision by decision, in an increasing primacy of contingency.
is the indisputable fact of reality, with all his reviews in charge of relativism and diempiria continued behavior. We find it more easy confirmation in the current Italian situation where we have to deal only contingencies: the resumption of landed immigrants, the explosive politics of North Africa, the return from the debt imposed on us by new European directives, the selfishness of many business enterprises that live by globalization, the rearrangement of local finance in view of federalism, the impact of continuing employment crisis on the economic decisions of households, the bubble of the two million young people who do not study and do not work. Enough, I believe, these phenomena show how out of place a policy centered on programs and reforms, and what we are forced to introject the contingency as structural reference of a culture of government less nobly ambitious and more than the daily grind of what inspired the
politics in recent decades. And this is a little perspective on which 'we must all do cultural maturation: from business institutions, from families to the representations of interest. U.S. to measure all the quota, uncertainty and even the finiteness of our powers, and resulting in a collective humility that has fewer but higher quality of media volume compared to too many ethical indignation that held the bank today.
