Alla raccolta fa seguito, presso il laboratorio delle CSE (cellule staminali emopoietiche), il trattamento per il congelamento e la crioconservazione delle cellule staminali per autotrapianto. A tal fine, per l’espletamento delle anzidette procedure, la sala criobiologia è provvista di apparecchiature e ambienti idonei.
In considerazione di tutto questo risulta evidente che qualsiasi comparazione con altre eventuali candidature privilegi di fatto la scelta di Brindisi per l’esistenza nell’ospedale “A.
